WE@RSM believe that through collaboration, shared challenges, encouragement and empowering others, we can together master leadership, understand the use of power, team building and communication, and make true boardroom diversity a reality, whilst developing our own network, being proud of our achievements, and by learning to lead as well as follow.

Women Empowerment at RSM is an initiative which encourages women empowering other women in business networks and high-performance environments. Lessons on the way to the top need to be shared and nurtured between women to enable more women advancing and eventually dispelling the ‘glass ceiling’ myth. Inspired by the MBA Kilimanjaro Project at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, in which Rebecca Stephens, the first British woman to conquer Mount Everest and author of the Seven Summits of Success, coached 14 female MBA candidates to Africa’s highest summit - Kilimanjaro. WE@RSM aims to strengthen the co-operative business and networking culture amongst and between women, at an equal rate as women-men and all male networks, in order to surpass all our heights and achieve true diversification of our boardrooms.
